System-built homes are constructed in a climate controlled warehouse, protecting materials from any harsh weather elements. Finally, since your home will be out of the elements and built by state-of-the-art building techniques, you can be assured of perfect, consistent quality from room to room.

The system-built process begins with an initial meeting to discuss your home plans, specifics, building timeline and expectations. While the site is prepared and the foundation/basement and driveway are installed, we build your home in our indoor facility and transport it to the site and set it on the foundation.

Then we’ll install the electrical, plumbing and HVAC fixtures, the flooring, finish the landscaping and touch-up any final details before a comprehensive cleaning and a final inspection. At that time we’ll have a walk-through with you while we explain the features of your home and make sure everything is up to your satisfaction.
